We offer handcrafted tassels that may be used as bookmarks, prayer tassels, bag accessories, or home decor. As our items are handmade, slight variations in color, design, or size may occur.

We strive to display accurate product information, but we cannot guarantee that all details, descriptions, or pricing will always be completely accurate or current.

2. Ordering & Payment
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Prices are listed in [USD or relevant currency] and are subject to change without notice.

We accept payments via Apple Pay, Venmo, and Credit/Debit card. By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount of your purchase.

3. Shipping & Delivery
We ship within the continental US. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

As our tassels are made to order, there could be up to a 2 to 3 week turnaround time from order to delivery. If the order is urgent, please notify the seller prior to ordering.

4. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us, within 7 days of delivery, at littleshelltasselco@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll do our best to make it right.
